基于“脾為之衛(wèi)”淺談大腸癌前病變的中醫(yī)病機(jī)

【摘 要】

結(jié)直腸癌是常見(jiàn)癌癥之一，西醫(yī)對(duì)大腸癌防治的手段有限。通過(guò)探討“脾為之衛(wèi)”的理論內(nèi)涵，以此為切入點(diǎn)討論大腸癌前病變的中醫(yī)病機(jī)。大腸癌前病變的中醫(yī)病機(jī)為本虛標(biāo)實(shí)，虛實(shí)夾雜。以脾虛為本，痰濕、瘀血、氣滯、癌毒為標(biāo)。充分認(rèn)識(shí)大腸癌前病變的中醫(yī)病機(jī)，可為防治結(jié)直腸癌提供思路。

Colorectal cancer from “Spleen as the Defense”

Abstract：

Colorectal cancer is one of the common types of cancer， western medicine limited means of colorectal cancer prevention. To explore the theory connotation of “Spleen as the Defense”， as a breakthrough point to discuss traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of colorectal cancer.The traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of colorectal cancer is mainly deficiency and excess， based on the weakness of spleen， phlegm dampness，qi stagnation，blood stasis，cancer and toxin. Fully aware of the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of colorectal cancer，for the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer.
