火針聯(lián)合治療在瘙癢性皮膚病中的臨床應用進展

【摘 要】目前火針治療在皮膚科疾病中的應用越來越廣泛，并取得滿意療效，尤其火針聯(lián)合治療在瘙癢性皮膚病的治療中獨具優(yōu)勢，較單用火針療效更佳。本文對火針在瘙癢性皮膚病的臨床應用情況進行綜述，歸納總結火針的中西醫(yī)止癢機理，以期為臨床治療及相關研究提供參考與借鑒。

Clinical Application Progress of Fire Needle Combined Therapy in Pruritus Dermatosis

【Abstract】At present， fire needle therapy is more and more widely used in dermatological diseases， and has achieved satisfactory results. In particular， fire needle combined therapy has unique advantages in the treatment of pruritus dermatosis， which is better than fire needle alone. In this paper， the clinical application of fire needle in pruritus skin diseases is reviewed， and the antipruritic mechanism of fire needle in traditional Chinese and Western medicine is summarized in order to provide reference for clinical treatment and related research.
