從“心脾”論治卵巢早衰

【摘要】  卵巢早衰屬“經(jīng)水早斷”，其本在腎，病因病機(jī)首分虛實(shí)，虛者多因腎虛、血虛，致沖任不充，血?？仗?，無(wú)血可下；實(shí)者多因血瘀、痰濕阻滯，致沖任瘀滯，脈道不通，經(jīng)不得下。月經(jīng)的主要成分是血，心與脾的關(guān)系主要體現(xiàn)在血液的生成與運(yùn)行方面，治療上應(yīng)重視對(duì)心脾的調(diào)理，養(yǎng)血行血，調(diào)節(jié)月經(jīng)。

【Abstract】  Premature ovarian failure is "premature water breaking"， its origin is in the kidney， the cause of the disease is the first to divide the reality， the deficiency is mostly due to kidney deficiency， blood deficiency， resulting in flushing is not full， the blood sea is empty， there is no blood to fall; The real ones are mostly due to blood stasis， phlegm and wet blockage， resulting in stagnation， pulse passage blockage， and can not go down. The main component of menstruation is blood， the relationship between the heart and the spleen is mainly reflected in the production and operation of blood， treatment should pay attention to the regulation of the heart and spleen， nourish blood and regulate menstruation.

卵巢早衰（POF）是女性在40歲前出現(xiàn)閉經(jīng)、促性腺激素水平升高（促卵泡刺激素＞40U/L）和雌激素水平降低的疾病，伴有不同程度的圍絕經(jīng)期癥狀，是早發(fā)性卵巢功能不全的終末階段[1]。（剩余4378字）
