【Abstract】ThetraditionalChinesemedicinesachettherapy，asarepresetativeofthetraditional"clothingandhattherapy"， hasalong history.Its volatilecomponents canbe absorbed through the skinand mucous membranes oractoncertain acupoints，therebyexertingtheeffctsofepidemicprevention，odoravoidanceandtreatment.Inrecentyears，theprogressin theproductionofsachets has includedprocess optimization，improvement of thebagand packaging innovation.Its mechanism of action includes aromatic nasal passage，penetration intothelungs，meridiansandcolaterals，andregulationofthecentral nervoussystem.Clinicalstudies haveshownthatthetherapeuticscopeofsachet therapyisextensive，anditspreventiveand therapeutic efectsondiseasessuchasinsomiaupperrespiratorytract ifections，allergicinitis，andinfuenahaveattted muchatention.Itcannotonlypreventandtreatvariouscommon diseases，butalsopromote physicaland mental healthand improve the quality of life，and has extensive application value and development prospects.
