高性能豬脫細(xì)胞真皮基質(zhì)敷料的制備方法與表征

Preparation and characterization of high performance antibacterial porcine acellular dermal matrix dressings

Abstract: Acellular dermal matrix has been used as a clinical wound dressing due to its ability to promote wound healing. However, similar products on the market have poor mechanical strength and lack antimicrobial properties. In this study, we improved the preparation process of porcine acelular dermal matrix(PADM) and incorporated quercetin (QCT) and poly-L-lysine (PLL) to fabricate an antimicrobial quercetin-poly-L-lysine-porcine acellular dermal matrix(QCT-PLL-PADM) dressing with enhanced performance. Fourier transform infrared spectrum analysis show that the samples retain the natural triple-helical structure of collagen after the addition of QCT and PLL. Differential scanning calorimetry and mechanical property analysis show that the QCT-PLL-PADM samples exhibit a 50% increase in thermal stability and a 90% improvement in mechanical properties compared to pure PADM. Moreover, QCT-PLL-PADM demonstrates excelent antimicrobial activity, with an antimicrobial rate exceeding 92% . Additionally, cellular compatibility analysis reveals that QCT-PLL-PADM promot cell adhesion and growth, with a relative growth rate of cells over 75% . Compared to commercial products, the mechanical strength of QCT-PLL-PADM is enhanced by 90%~110% , and other properties are enhanced by 20%~40% . These results indicate that QCT-PLL-PADM can serve as an effective wound dressing and has potential applications in skin and oral tissue repair.
