Research on Local Government Debt Risk Assessment in China

Abstract： In recent years，China's local governments are faced with severe debt problems，and the as sessment and prevention of local government debt risks have attracted wide attention.Using the entropy power-TOPSIS method，through the government debt scale，solvency and government debt risk changes three primary index and1O secondary index，build the local government debt risk assessment index system，and calculate the overallscore of 2O2O一2O22，China，the thorough analysis of China's local government debt，finally put forward the corresponding Suggestions.

0 引言

1994年分稅制改革后，長(zhǎng)期的財(cái)政分權(quán)狀態(tài)、官員普升激勵(lì)、2008年金融危機(jī)等因素，導(dǎo)致地方政府形成了過(guò)度依賴舉債投資來(lái)拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的模式。（剩余5678字）
