軌道車輛客室門組裝工藝研究
摘要:針對實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過程中遇到的車體客室門組裝難題,對角線差尺寸頻繁超差,通過三維模擬分析,制定反變形、調(diào)整預(yù)置撓度等優(yōu)化工藝措施,然后根據(jù)生產(chǎn)實(shí)際情況反饋,進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié),最終達(dá)到解決難題、驗(yàn)證改進(jìn)措施效果的目的。

Abstract: In view of the problem of the assembly of the car body room door encountered in the actual production process, the diagonal difference size is frequently excessive. Through three-dimensional simulation analysis, anti-deformation, adjustment of preset deflection and other optimization process measures are formulated, and then analyzed and summarized according to the feedback of the actual production situation, so as to finally solve the problem and verify the effect of the improvement measures.
