As the rural revitalization strategy and urbanization continueto advance， a new wave of rural construction enthusiasmhas emerged. However， beneath this enthusiasm， the"characteristic crisis" in rural areas has become increasinglyapparent， leading to the gradual loss of local identity inrural architecture， particularly in public buildings. On thebasis of the theory of locality and constructiveness， thispaper proposes two strategies for the creation of rural publicbuildings through the use of traditional building materialsand the use of architectural structures for the expression oflocality from the perspective of constructiveness， so as toprovide development ideas for the renewal and renovation ofrural public buildings， and to stimulate the internal vitalityof the countryside and the power of development.
