基于固定式鉆井平臺的新型雙作業(yè)面井架及配套系統(tǒng)
New Dual-Side Derrick and Supporting System Based on Fixed Drilling Platform

Abstract:Due to limited internal space,the arrangement of automated equipment on conventional derrick of traditional offshore platform becomes difficult.The nippling upand down ofcasing and tribble needs tobe carried out on the same monkey board,resulting in crossoperation and low overall eficiency.At present,the hoisting gear of drilling rig is only equipped with one drawworks,resulting in severe wear and tearof driling lineon one side during operation.When the drawworks gets out of order,the operation needs to wait for maintenance,further reducing the operating eficiency.To solve these problems,a new dual-side derrick and supporting system were proposed.The new derick adopts a door-type structure,significantly increasing the internal space of the derrick, meting the installation requirements of string handling equipment,andachieving eficienttribbleoperation simultaneously.The double monkey board layout is combined with the design of retractable top drive,making the nippling up of casing and other preparation be conducted onthe other monkey board while performing driling operation,thereby improving the operating eficiency.The redundancy design of doubledrawworks not only improves thereliabilityof theequipment,but alsosignificantly improvesthedriling efficiency.Through scaledmodel test, the superiorityof the new derrick system in functionand performance was verified.The experimental results show that the equipment such asautomatic catwalk,pipe-lifting manipulator and iron roughneck run smoothly on the new derrick,and can complete various operations eficiently.The new dual-side derrick and its supporting system significantly improve the operating efficiencyand safetyof the drilling platform,which isof great significance for promoting the intelligent and efficient development of offshore drilling equipment.
