Construction of symptom assessment scale for patients with non?small cell lung cancer treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors

Abstract  Objective：To construct a symptom assessment scale for patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors，and to provide evidence for clinical practice to improve symptom management efficiency.Methods：Through literature review，Delphi expert consultation method and optimal sequence diagram method，the items were screened and the weight of the items was determined to construct the symptom assessment scale for patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors for non-small cell lung cancer.Results：The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaire was 100%，and the expert authority coefficient was 0.90.The coefficient of variation of expert opinion in the first and second rounds was from 0.12 to 0.35 and from 0.07 to 0.25，respectively.The coefficient of Kendall' s harmony in the first and second rounds was 0.301 and 0.373，respectively （P<0.05 ）.The symptom assessment scale for patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors includes 6 dimensions，namely respiratory and circulatory system，digestive system，endocrine system，neuromotor system， skin and general condition symptoms， with a total of 25 symptom items.Conclusions：The constructed symptom assessment scale for non-small cell lung cancer patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors constructed has high authority and scientificity， which can be used as a symptom assessment tool for non-small cell lung cancer patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors， and provide a basis for personalized symptom management measures.
