基于響應(yīng)曲面法的輪齒損傷電弧熔覆工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化

Abstract: To improve the surface quality and accuracy of arc cladding for wind turbine gear tooth fracture,a second-order response surface model is built using response surface methodology. The multiobjective optimization is performed on the main process parameters of arc cladding to obtain welding parameters that meet the requirements of residual stress values. The results showed that: the optimal welding process parameters predicted by the regresson model are welding voltage of 20.3V ,wire feeding speed of ,and filling speed of 14.1mm/s ; compared with the experimental measurement values,the prediction errors of the residual stress models for weld bead and heat affected zone are 4. 16% and 1.25% ,respectively. The mechanical properties of multi-layer and multi-channel arc cladding samples are tested,and the mechanical properties are superior to those of the substrate samples.The accuracy of the response surface model and optimization method is proved.
