近爆條件下高強(qiáng)鋼板的抗爆性能與幾何參數(shù)影響規(guī)律研究

Abstract:High-strength steel has excelent mechanical properties,which has beenutilized in the fields of explosion and impact. In order to study the blast resistance of high-strength steel plates,ANSYS/LS-DYNA software was first used to simulatethe impact testonhigh-strength stelmaterials.Bycomparing with experimentalresults,the Johnson-Cook model parameters characterizing the dynamic constitutive behavior of high-strength steel are determined. Based on the above model parameters,theexplosion simulation of high-strength stel plates under near-field explosions is furthercarriedout.The interaction processbetweentheexplosionsockwaveandthesteelplateissystematicallanalyzed,andthesizeefectsofthe stelplateonitsdeformationcharacteristicsandfiluremodeareexplained.Theresultsshowthat theJohnson-Cookmodelcan ffectivelysimulatethe mechanicalbehaviorofS690hgh-strengthstelathighstrainrates.High-strength steelplates havea weakening effect on the propagationofshock waves.Withthe increase ofstel plate thickness,the propagationrange of shock wavethrough steel plate decreases gradually.For high-strength stelplatesof diferent geometric dimensions,near-field explosions willcause three damage modes:petal-saped fracture,smallfractureand largedeformation.It is foundthatthe thicknesisthedecisivefactortodeterminethefailuremodeofsteelplatesundernear-fieldexplosions.Forhigh-strengthsteel plates with largedeformation,theincreaseof thicknessand decrease ofwidth willimprove theabilityofresistancetonear-field explosios.Inadition,thereisapositivecorelationbetweentheabilityofshockresistanceofthehig-strength steelplateand the width-thicknessratio.When the proportional distanceisO.13,a modelcanbe provided to predictthe maximum displacementrangeofthehigh-strengthsteeplateaccording tothesteelplatesize.Theaboveconclusionscanprovidesome guiding significance for the optimal design and engineering application of high-strength steel structures.
