氯化銨加速侵蝕下混凝土性能劣化及微觀機理影響研究

Abstract:Inordertostudythedeteriorationofconcreteperformanceundertheactionofammoniumchlorideerosion,the concrete wasimmersedin6mol/LNH4Clsolution,andthemechanical propertiesanderosiondepthof theconcrete were measured.Thechanges ofpore structure were characterized bycalculating the water contentandsaturationof thespecimens undertheerosionage,andtheinternalphasechangesandmorphologicalcharacteristicsof thespecimens werecharacterizedand analyzedbyscanning electron microscopy.Theresultsshow thatintheenvironmentof ammoniumchloride erosion,with he increaseof erosiontime,theerosiondepthofconcreteincreasesgradually,andtheporosityincreases significantly.Compared withthe standardcuringenvironment,thecompresivestrengthofconcreteattheinitial stageof erosion increases,whilethe compressive strength of concrete at 60~90 days of erosion decreases. The water content of concrete increases significantly under theerosionenvironment,whilethesaturationofthespecimenisopposite.TheerosionoftringiteandFriedel'ssaltgenerated insidetheconcrete byammoniumchloride is themainreason forthedevelopmentofcracks inthelater stageofconcrete.
