Abstract：The practice of reform and opening up in Shenzhen for more than 40 years has created a miracle in thehistory of humandevelopment.At anew starting point，Shenzhen has implementeda series of comprehensive reformmeasures through the constructionofapilotdemonstrationlareaof socialismwith Chinese characteristics，and continued to promote institutional innovation.With a“typical fact of socialism with Chinese characteristics”as a realisticevidence，it has confirmed the theoretical logic，mechanism logic，practical logic and realistic logic of promoting Chinese path to modernization through comprehensively deepening reform.
