摘 要：

采用訪(fǎng)談方式對(duì)廣東省十所公共圖書(shū)館的政府購(gòu)買(mǎi)公共圖書(shū)館服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究，從購(gòu)買(mǎi)服務(wù)的主要原因、方式、程度、內(nèi)容、效果進(jìn)行梳理，歸納取得的成效和存在的問(wèn)題，從政府、公共圖書(shū)館和承接機(jī)構(gòu)等層面提出可供改進(jìn)和完善的建議，以促進(jìn)公共圖書(shū)館專(zhuān)注核心業(yè)務(wù)，提升公共文化服務(wù)效益。

Research on the Practice of Government Purchase of Public Library Services： Case Study of Ten Public Libraries in Guangdong Province

Abstract：

This paper investigates and studies the current situation of government purchase of public library services in ten public libraries in Guangdong Province by interview，sorts out the main reasons，methods，degrees，contents and effects of purchasing services，summarizes the achievements and existing problems，and puts forward suggestions for improvement from the government，public libraries and undertaking institutions，so as to promote public libraries to focus on core business and improve the efficiency of public cultural services.
