三維超聲檢查在輸卵管間質(zhì)部妊娠診斷中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of 3D-TVS (thre-dimensional ultrasound) examination inthediagnosisof tubal interstitialpregnancy (ITP).MethodsA total of 64patientswith suspected tubal interstitial pregnancywhounderwent atwo-dimensional ultrasoundexaminationinour hospital from September 2019 to September 2O23 were selected,andall patientsunderwent3D-TVS examination.Taking theresultsof surgical pathologyasthe"gold standard,thediagnosticresults,diagnosticefficacyanddetectionrateof diferenttypesof tubal ITP between the two diagnostic modalities wereanalyzed.ResultsAmong 64 patients with suspected tubal ITP,therewere12 caseswithcornual pregnancyand 52 cases with tubal interstitial pregnancy.26 cases with cornualpregnancyand 38caseswith tubal interstitialpregnancy were foundbytwo-dimensional ultrasound examination.Seventeen cases with cornual pregnancyand47cases with tubal interstitial pregnancy were found by 3D -TVS examination. The sensitivity of 3D-TVS was 83% (43/52),and the accuracy [80% (51/64)] was higher than that of 2D ultrasound [62 % (32/52), 64%(41/64)], and the missed diagnosis rate of 17% (9/52) was lower than that of 2 D ultrasound 38% (20/52),and the difference was significant ( P <0.05). Compared with two -dimensional ultrasound examination,the detection rate of 3D-TVS examination for gestational sac type andatypical tubal ITP was higher ( P< (204號(hào) 0.05).ConclusionThe diagnostic accuracy of 3D-TVS is significantly higher than that of conventional ultrasound examination,which canefectively improvediagnosticeficiencyandisof great significance forclinical screening diagnosis and treatment.
輸卵管間質(zhì)部妊娠(ITP)為臨床異位妊娠一種,又稱宮外孕,多由受精位置異常而引起,其雖發(fā)病率較低,但由于輸卵管間質(zhì)部腔室周圍存在豐富血管及肌層,當(dāng)受精卵逐漸擴(kuò)展至輸卵管最大限度,將引起輸卵管破裂,致使患者腹腔大出血,嚴(yán)重時(shí)可致休克,給患者生命安全帶來極大威脅[1]。(剩余3956字)
