板形控制技術(shù)在萊鋼4300mm寬厚板生產(chǎn)中的創(chuàng)新與應(yīng)用

摘 要：介紹萊鋼銀山型鋼有限公司4 300 mm產(chǎn)線板材板形控制技術(shù)的經(jīng)驗及應(yīng)用，板帶產(chǎn)品板形問題直接影響后工序及用戶生產(chǎn)，是軋制領(lǐng)域關(guān)注的重點問題。鋼板軋制過程中主要產(chǎn)生鐮刀彎、邊浪、中浪、厚規(guī)格翹頭尾、桶形等問題，通過采取一系列控制技術(shù)，提出了解決產(chǎn)線板形各種問題的措施，效果明顯。

Abstract：This article introduces the experience and application of plate shape control technology on the 4300mm production line of Laigang Yinshan Steel Co.， Ltd. The plate shape problem of plate and strip products directly affects the subsequent process and user production， and is a key issue of concern in the rolling field. During the steel plate rolling process， problems such as sickle bending， edge waves， middle waves， thick gauge warping， and barrel shape are mainly generated. Through a series of control technologies， measures have been proposed to solve various problems in the shape of the production line， and the results are obvious.
