心肌肌球蛋白結(jié)合蛋白C磷酸化與慢性心力衰竭關(guān)系的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】心肌肌球蛋白結(jié)合蛋白C是心肌粗肌絲中的重要組成部分，它的磷酸化水平可影響心肌的收縮和舒張功能。由于其磷酸化水平的改變與慢性心力衰竭的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)，近年來(lái)逐漸成為慢性心力衰竭研究中的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵位點(diǎn)。現(xiàn)就心肌肌球蛋白結(jié)合蛋白C磷酸化與慢性心力衰竭的關(guān)系及其作為治療靶點(diǎn)的可能性進(jìn)行綜述。

【Abstract】Cardiac myosin-binding protein-C is an essential component of the thick filaments in the myocardium.Its phosphorylation levels can affect the contraction and relaxation function of the myocardium.Given the change of its phosphorylation level is closely related to the occurrence and development of chronic heart failure，it has gradually become a key site in the study of chronic heart failure in recent years.This article reviews the relationship-between myosin binding protein-C phosphorylation and chronic heart failure and its potential as a therapeutic target.
