Research on Application of Integrated Die-Casting Process in Automotive Flooring

Abstract：Integrated die-casting process isincreasingly widely applied in the manufacturing of new energy vehiclesduetoitscharacteristicssuchassimplification，higheficiency，lightweightandhighstrength.However， because of short evolution time，immature and inconsistent design of proces routes among various enterprises，there are significantdiferencesboth incostandeficiency.Thispapercomparestheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofvarious process routes and suggests adopting aluminum liquid direct supply scheme，automatic online measurement combined with automatic deburing，and using tapping instead of thread sleeve process as much as possible if conditions permit， which can significantlyreduce productioncostsand improve production eficiency.However，thisscheme stillhasmany shortcomings in wideapplication.By exploring theadvantages and disadvantages of processroutes used inkeyprocesses of various enterprises，more eficient，more economic，high quality and stable processroute are summarized deeply.
