不同施氮量對(duì)大寧曬煙生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育和品質(zhì)的影響

AbstractTo explore the suitable nitrogen application rate for non-origin cultivation of Daning sun-cured tobacco,a randomized block experiment was conducted by settng four nitrogen levels as 82.5kg/hm2(N1) , 105.0kg/hm2(N2) , 127.5kg/hm2(N3) and 150.0kg/hm2(N4) ,respectively. The effects of different nitrogen application rates on the growth,development and quality of Daning sun-cured tobacco were studied. The results showed that as the nitrogen application rate increased,the tobacco plant height gradually increased,the stem diameter gradually became larger,the leaves gradually became larger,and the accumulation of dry matter in roots,stems and leaves also gradually increased.When the application rate of nitrogen was 82.5 to 127.5 (204號(hào) kg/hm2 , the black shank was gradually aggravated. When the nitrogen application rate was 105kg/hm2 ,the incidence rate and disease index of mosaic were lower than those of the other treatments.When the nitrogen application rate exceeded 105kg/hm2 ,the ratio of reducing sugar to total sugar,ratio of total sugar to nicotine,and ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine of sun-cured tobacco leaves decreased obviously,and the coordination of chemical components reduced significantly.In conclusion,optimizing nitrogen application rate could effectively improve the agronomic traits and dry mater accumulation of Daning sun-cured tobacco. When the nitrogen application rate was 105kg/hm2 ,the comprehensive performance of Daning sun-cured tobacco plants was the best in growth and development,dry mater accumulation,resistance to diseases and coordination of chemical components.
