中厚板H型鋼高效全熔透焊工藝和焊接材料研究

摘要：對中厚板H型鋼主角焊縫不開坡口熔透焊工藝及接頭焊接工藝與焊接材料進行試驗研究，實現(xiàn)了中厚板H型鋼主角焊縫不開坡口熔透焊達到熔透要求，擁有良好的無損檢測合格率，焊接變形小，生產(chǎn)效率高。通過對焊接接頭進行性能檢測，結(jié)果表明：焊接接頭不低于Q355B鋼力學(xué)性能要求。

Abstract： Analyze the weld penetration welding technology and joint flaw detection of H-shaped steel plate without groove. The research shows that the weld penetration welding of H-shaped steel plate without groove can meet the requirements of penetration and has a good flaw detection rate. Through the analysis of the weld joint performance， the weld joint can meet the mechanical performance requirements of Q355B.
