Research on the Potential Zoning of Agricultural-Urban-Ecological Space Improvement in County Areas

—A Case Study of Zhen'an County in Qinling Mountains ZHANG Yilin （College of Land Engineering，Chang'an University，Key Laboratory ofLand Consolidation of Shaanxi Province，Xi'an 710000，China）

Abstract：[Purposes]This paper identifes the dominant functions of agriculture，urban areas，and ecology by studying the evaluation system of three types of spatial remediation potential in Zhen'an County， Qinling Mountains，in order to provide reference for the identification of dominant functions of land space and planning zoning in Zhen'an County and similar mountainous areas.[Methods] Taking Zhen'an County in the Qinling Mountains as the research object，the multi index comprehensive evaluation method and cluster analysis method were used to evaluate the potential for rural，urban，and ecological improvement.The area was divided into agricultural planting zone，urban development zone，and ecological protection zone.[Findings] The agricultural and rural development zone is located in Yungaisi Town， Miaogou Town， Tiechang Town，Gaofeng Town，Daping Town，and Xikou Hui Town，accounting for 2 7 . 5 0 % of the total area of Zhen'an County，distributed in the southeast and northwest regions;The urban development zone is located in Yuehe Town，Yongle Street Ofice，Huilong Town，and Miliang Town，accounting for 3 4 . 1 2 % of the total area of Zhen'an County，concentrated in the central area and developed industrial and mining areas;The ecological protection zone is located in Muwang Town， Chaiping Town， Daren Town，Bronze Guan Town，and Maoping Hui Town，accounting for 3 8 . 3 8 % of the total area of Zhen'an County，distributed in the western region， which involves the Qinling Mountains and has the nature reserve.[Conclusions] Agriculturd and rural development zones should carry out projects to develop reserve arable land resources，urbanization development zones should increase efforts to rectify inefficient land use，and ecological protection zones need to strengthen their functions in preventing soil erosion.
