Abstract

Tofurtherpromotethe integrationoffood safetyinformation traceabilityand improve theoveralleveloffood safetyintheYangtzeRiverDeltaregionisavividpracticetogiveplaytotheleading roleof theYangtzeRiver Deltaregionandimplementthenationalstrategyof regional integration intheYangtzeRiver Deltaregion.This paperexpounds the great significance offood safety information traceabity for thecomprehensiveprotection offoodsafetyunder thenew situation，the process，stageresultsand existing problems of theintegrated constructionoffood safetyinformation traceabilityin theYangtze RiverDeltaregion，andtheexperienceand practiceof promoting foodsafety information traceabityinShanghai.Itisproposed that mechanism innovation andtechnological innovationwillbecomeapowerful engineand inexhaustibledriving force fordeepening the integrationof foodsafety information traceabilityin the Yangtze River Deltaregion.
