超高效液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法測(cè)定廣式?jīng)霾柚?種非法添加藥物
Determination of Four Illegal Added Drugs in Cantonese Herbal Tea byUPLC-MS/MS

Abstract:Establish an analytical method for the determination of ilegally added ibuprofen,loratadine, aminopyrine,and dexamethasone acetate in Cantonese herbal tea by UPLC-MS/MS.After ultrasonic extraction with methanol, the sample was filtered through a 0.22μm microporous membrane. The multiple reaction monitoring mode, positive and negative ion mode scanning,and external standard method were used for quantitative detection.The results show that the four tested compounds have good linear relationships within the corresponding linear ranges, and their correlation coefficients are all greater than O.999. The detection limit was to 151.50μg?kg-1 The recovery rate was 86.8% to 101.9% ,and the relative standard deviation was 0.29% to 0.94% . This method is simple, fast,and highlysensitive,suitable for the determinationof ibuprofen,loratadin,aminopyrine,and dexamethasone acetate in Cantonese herbal tea.
